The machine is the professional machine for powder coating,adobe high speed and same direction rotary twin screw extruder sfrucfure design,which make the screws rotary with same direction in the barrel,both kneading material and cleaning with each other.

Screw of the feeding parts is the kneading paddle of the big screw gap and twin tip transportation paddle,which make the material entering to the screw and barrel,its very good for disperse,cutting and pressuring and get the best efficiency of the kneading.

The kneading include pinch join kneading and damping pin kneading.The configuration include separate style one shaft style,non-inside cooling,inside cooling and so on,Temperature confrolling include electricity heat,water cooling and heat conduction oil heating.The material of the screw and barrel can use alloy steel,high speed steel,nitrogen,two metal special material and so on maternal according to the different requirement Welcome the customers choose freely.
